Freda Richards is a fully qualified IDTA dance teacher with years of experience teaching Ballroom, Latin and social dance across Cheshire.Her classes are designed for adults of all ages and abilities, whether you are stepping onto the dance floor for the first time or looking to refine your technique.At Freda Richards School of Dance, you will learn in a friendly, supportive environment where progress happens naturally and enjoyment always comes first.Dancing is not only a wonderful skill to learn, it is a fantastic way to build confidence, improve fitness and meet like-minded people.
